An AI-native agency.

Diador is an AI-native agency based in Istanbul. We design, build, and operate AI workflows for businesses that want their existing operations to run better — not be replaced.

An AI-native agency is one where AI isn't a tool we reach for occasionally; it's the medium we work in. How we map your operations, how we draft and ship the automation, how we monitor it once it's running — all of it is built around AI from day one.

What that means for you: when you bring us in, you're not hiring a consultancy that uses AI on the side. You're hiring a team that knows where AI works, where it doesn't, and how to put it inside a real business without breaking what already runs.

    Three rules we don't break.

AI-native, in our hands, means more discipline — not less.

    Custom-engineered, not assembled.

Off-the-shelf AI is trained on the average workflow. Yours isn't average. Every Diador engagement is custom-built around the tools, rules, and exceptions that already describe how your team actually works.

    Humans decide. Systems prepare.

Our workflows don't post transactions, sign contracts, or release payments on their own. They do the repetitive, the fuzzy, and the tedious — then hand the judgement calls to the people accountable for them. That line never moves.

    Bounded systems. Visible behavior.

We don't ship AI that fabricates, acts past the line, or hides what it is. Every Diador workflow draws its boundary in writing before we build, and keeps an audit trail your team can read — not just developers.

    Three phases. No surprises.

    Discover & Design

A workflow assessment that maps the work end-to-end — where the time goes, where errors happen, what tools are already involved. You leave with a written recommendation whether or not we move forward together.

    Build & Iterate

We build the automation against real volume, not a sandbox. Pilot with one team, tune with their corrections, then expand. Most workflows go from kickoff to production in 2–4 weeks.

    Deploy & Evolve

We hand off with a managed-operator agreement. If a vendor changes a template, an integration breaks, or a rule needs adjusting, we notice — and we fix it.

Find out what we'd build for you.

A 30-minute workflow assessment. We'll map where the time goes, where errors happen, and what we'd automate first — no slides, no pitch.
